We currently support: Japan Yen, United States Dollar, Brazilian Real, Canadian Dollar, New Zealand Dollar, Australian Dollar, Euro, Icelandic Króna, Mexican Peso, Indian Rupee and the Swiss Franc.
We do allow operators to list their adventures in multiple currencies, but ultimately, all payments will be completed in one currency. Whatever currency you use for banking, we will charge the customer in that currency.
We have partnered with Zapier to offer multiple integrations. You can easily push data from the Heli booking software to supported accounting softwares. We also allow for easy exports of payment data and booking data to send to your account.
Yes. Our Zapier integration allows you to push data from your account into any supported third party software. We can send guest information to Salesforce or Hubspot and booking information to your marketing software.
For customers that book via the heli.life marketplace, Heli will retain ownership of that customer data. Any direct bookings or customer information manually input by your team is kept separate. We create a clear differentiation between your customers and ours and promise never to market to your customers. You can export your data at any time, and we don’t close out your account or keep your data hostage if you choose to leave.
If an adventure is sold on the heli.life marketplace, we automatically withhold our agreed upon commission amount from the final balance payment. If a customer books directly with you via Heli OS, we do not take commission on those sales and do not keep any “platform fees” on your bookings.
